I determined long ago not to complain about my aches and pains. No one wants to hear about them. Fortunately, I am currently pain free.

It's funny how that works! We're told that it's good to talk about things that are bothering us -- to get them out. But then we are giving them too much of our energy that could be spent on more positive things!
